    Just back from three days at a large military vehicle rally/trade fair that is conveniently only 15 miles from my house.

    As with all things there never seems much to buy at first glance and what there is was over priced and blah, blah blah...

    Kept seeing people I knew who said nothing here mate, no rich pickings, no nothing.........................

    Any way I hung in there and reckon I put the miles in going from stall to stall with the cry of "anything Reichswehr ? ".....and after approx 18 odd hours of pure shopping time...................

    How did I do ?

    Got myself a RW unit marked universal field cap, a nice Imperial reservists cap (minty), cracking untouched M17 stalhelm with liner intact (no chin strap unsuprisingly), photo album for RW arty unit (transitional pics) loads of nice card pics pre ww1 and ww1, a few nice RW pictures, chinstrap X2
    and still had change for a burger (which was nearly as expensive as the hats !).

    I envy you guys with these fairs/flea markets. Sometimes you can find gold for coins.

    Todd if I do sell you will be first to know but I have been looking a long time for one like this.............there were loads of cammo m16/17's on show (as usual) but only saw this one cheeky sleeper !

    Thanks Tony! They are difficult to find with that paint, which does make them desirable. Camo helmets are rather easy to come by, as you said.
