Named Fire Police Visor Maker?
Hi All,
I picked up this nice NCO fire visor recently, it has a few minor issues but overall very nice and original, named on the inside, the maker mark was unknown to me but I believe I found a match to maker Willy Sprengpfeil, not sure how rare this maker mark is, let me know what you think, thank you for looking
The shape & condition are lovely !!
Was my first visor at age 10-11 years old. I should buy another because they are nice looking

It is indeed a Sprengfpeil cap, there is a thread about him here:

As he had an A/1 licence (=Mützenfabrik - cap factory) he was an industrial producer compared to A/2 who operated on a small-scale handicraft level.
