Congrats on getting it back--your EM/NCO visor is rarer than an Officer, as it is a private-purchase unit-marked example (most of these have had their chinstraps swapped out by unscrupulous individuals postwar).

Very nice example, i would be happy with it in my collection ..im not sure why people underrate the NCO hats so much,i dont mind them..they also give people the ability to get into collecting TR hats at a somewhat reasonable price ..thank you for posting

Nice visor, as Mr Mint states rarer and much more interesting than an officers, you can research his unit and he also a member of the heavy weapons company (13th) so would have been a skilled operator of this kit as well as an infantryman.
