    I believe this cap to be for an Austrian member of the NPEA. The Austrian form edelweiss and the Austrian maker's stamp would indicate this. My guess is the white background on the diamond would indicate some form of Kreis level. Have any of you seen a cap of this form before?Click image for larger version.
