NSKK Officer's Cap?
Gentlemen.
I would very much appreciate your input on this visor cap.
The non removable hat band of a standard Luftwaffe cap is not present and this piece has clearly been constructed with a black rather than brown hat band.
Is this in fact an NSKK Officer's cap?
This cap reminds me of the foreign-made ones (e. g. in the Netherlands). It lacks the German quality - overlapping piping, missing felt stiffening of the crown etc.

I neglected to add that NSKK-LW visors are seen with both the black and brown band--no issues there.
