Re: Peaked/Crusher cap help
First of all, welcome to the forum.
I'm not a hat guy but there are many good folk here who will be happy to help. You will need to post some good, clear shots of the caps, inside, outside, stitching, insignia etc to determine the originality of the collection.
If the caps are deemed original and are still for sale then you might be able to move some to members here or they can advise the best places to sell. I would not recommend eBay at all.
Looking for LDO marked EK2s and items relating to U-406.....

Where are you all located?
Worldwide would sum it up nicely!
If you take a look through the threads here in the forum you'll get an idea of what sort of photos are required and what things the guys need to be able to see to help you out.

Re: Peaked/Crusher cap help
The dealers Bruce Herman and Bill Shea would be a good place to start. Both are very big and respected dealers with popular websites. There is also a popular collector-to-collector buy and sell forum at the WAF, another militaria forum where many members from here post as well. Would love to see some pictures of the caps.
