Am I correct in assuming, that the person in #157 is a 'Golden Pheasent?'

Im thinking in regards to collar flshes/insignia, golden stripe on armband and the visor cap.

If so, I'd say, that its a highly unusual/non-regulation(?) camo jacket to wear. He obviously put some thought into it with the armband most likely from another uniform and all.
