I think there never was such a quick answer, but your
knowledge (even being a guess) is superb. It is indeed
Vienna. The photo comes from the Wiener Linien-Archiv.
For my new planned book (volume 6 for the headgear-
series), which wil include over 200 Strassenbahn, Privat-
and Kleinbahn photos, it was of no use, as the photo
must be from before 1900, as in about 1902 they got a
new headdress-form.
And this is too new, as it is from about the 1950's:
the worn uniform and dress for conductors!
