    two "artistic" shots of my favourites , first is my mint , 1st. pattern German Red Cross ( DRK ) visor manufactured by Peküro , second is my SA kepi from "Gruppe Nordmark" ( this kepi has the removable "Gruppen Streifen" , a removable cap band , as found on the early SA kepi's.

    I am trying to photograph using natural light. The fifth floor at my office building is still in a "ruin" state so I hope to make more of the exposed brick for background. NH

    Got a bit carried away tonight after re-organising my cabinets and can now present an artistic photo essay of the development of the German Army Cap from 1871- 1945. This covers every model introduced for wear by officers in both the field and on parade.
