Default Question about Police Overseas Cap w/ Totenkopf

    Hey everyone...

I recently came across this overseas cap and was wondering if anyone could help me in identifying it a little more. I know it's a Police cap, but why the Totenkopf pin? Is it just an addition that someone thought would look cool, or is there an actual meaning for it?

    Thanks in advance!
