    Default Reichsarbeitdienst Tuchmutze Emblems

This example is enameled... Officer grade and produced by Steinhaur & Luck..
You may find that in collecting these pieces that most metal workers also produced buckles and other materials using their distinct maker mark. One may also be delighted to find many various makers that may have not been recorded or known and they are reasonably priced..
However, steer clear of ANY that have a RZM marking... As the RZM had no control over the Rad.

This is a average enlisted man Rad cap badge.. Not as striking of an officers..
Again, Berg & Nolte were a producer of buckles as well..
Notice also that the badge has a "Diamond" R "J" AD This is supposed to be a backwards "L" commonly mistaken for a "J".. We will delve into that at a later time..

This one pre-dates the Rad and was the Freiwilliger Arbeitdienst... This I believe is an early Assman & Sohn..G
