Reproduction Heer cap eagle?

I got this eagle awhile ago with a small collection I purchased....I always assumed it was a reproduction but never had an original to compare it to. Can anybody confirm this? thanks

Indeed and dated 39. The pre war eagles are often aluminium and can appear quite flimsy.
