Hello vonbrugge,

Hello F.-B.,
once again quicker with some valuable information than me!
-
The issue being that the Reichspost, as Wim will tell us, was an entity of national government, but the Hoheitszeichen had to be gotten through the RZM, a branch of a branch of the NSDAP, a political party.....
If you can embrace this logic, then you have great potential as a collector of Nazi regalia. If not, collect Pez containers.
Happy new year.

Sorry, I do not mean to be a bounder, but cap badges form a bulky, troublesome part of my life.
I think the badge is real, too.

Dear Sir,
not at all!

Dear Wolfgang, Happy new year. There are Pez containers in the US.
The virtues of free trade were rich in my youth.
I cannot say I have seen a Pez container recently, but they were once plentiful.
You know how things fade into a blur with advanced age.
All the best, and greetings to the wintry Salzburger Land.
It is actually cold here, too, and it is snowing on the peaks.

do you think it is Original? good quality piece but normally this large postal eagles have a more simplistic design, when you zoom in, you'll see this one is very detailed (which is in most cases a good thing ofcourse)

Vonbrugge: read post # 6 and look at # 5! When F.-B. says it's original, it's original!
To F.-B.: Happy New Year to your and your loved ones as well!
