The visor itself looks good from these photos, but the Landwacht badge should not be there--just a standard police eagle.
According to the police collectors, the Landwacht badge was worn on civilian caps to identify them as auxiliary police (as best I recall)

Per noted Police collector Joe Wotka:
"According to a manual for the Landwacht, they wore civilian clothes and armed themselves. Besides the brassard, there is only a mention of a badge and nothing about where it is worn. As Landwacht, they of course were controlled by the local Gendarmerie authorities."
