I like it a lot, but my lack of experience leaves me in doubt. I thought it was very good to be true. Today is the Independence Day here in Brazil and I'm in the internet reading and searching things all day. This one just appear in front of me. But how the world is not even fair, the price is a real bargain of USD$ 2000,00.
That is not bargain at all a shako like this would bring maybe 850 USD at the most an original one though and minty
A wonderful other ranks piece but quite overpriced. It is the twin of the first tsako I bought back in the late 1950's. I hate to tell what they sold for in those days!

2,000 is way overpriced i think around 900-1,100 for that Shako

lol Bob.....My first tsako was yet another twin and about from the same time frame! I paid all of 5 bucks for it, but it was missing the cockard (Gasp!). But, even in this fine unissued condition as this one is, I would not think paying $8-900 at the most would be out of line. As said, 2 grand is outrageous!

Thanks for opinions. I'm quite sure he won't sell it for that price. I'll wait a little and then try to negociate (what about only 60-70% of discount)
If he won't do a thousand for it, I'd pass. They're out there if you're seriously hunting for one! (Of course, once you get one, Then you'll have to get a matching Brown one to go with it! )

It was sold for R$4000,00 (USD$ 2000,00). Someone did it! Ok, keep walking.
