I don't believe there is any correlation to panzer pink, these TR organizations used many varies of waffenfarbe.
There isn't much details in my library regarding this organization, hopefully someone will know.

It is actually Soldatenbund.
Pink is rare, however, I do not know if it actually correlates to Panzer, or Kraftfahr.

there is a book written by paul sack and robby wilson called:

exotische rare cloth headgear of the third reich

exactly the same cap is in the book described as panzer corps

I have not seen a period reference that confirms these were for Panzer.
Panzer troops in WW1 were few and far between, and there are many pink-piped Soldatenbund visors remaining today.

Soldatenbund hats were worn by WW1 & Weimar/Reichswehr vets--there was no Waffenfarbe for Panzer during that time--Pink (Rosa) was assigined to Kraftfahrkorps, such as the example shown here:
