SS Fez?

this is offered in a auction site, grey ss fez with metal cap insignia,
the insignia are censured, I know the sweatband-stitching is not what's generally attented to be, but...Iam not an expert on those Fez, so I'll hope to know if this is bad or..

I wasn't intended to buy it don't worry, I knew It was too good to be true.
I colllect SS metal insignia, and I know a lot about them.

The fez was worn by Croatians belonging to the 13th 'Handschar' SS Unit. There normal fez was in field-gray and step out one was red, if memory serves me correctly. The insignia was also cloth if not mistaken. A friend actually owns one.
