UNREFERENCED TR Soft Headgear

Article about: Any ideas on this organisation? My guess is some sort of DAF-related unit, but they are not wearing Werkschar visors, nor do they have party armbands.....

    Here is the man in the leather coat close-up. He is the only one wearing any organisational insignia--a DAF cogwheel for a cockade:

    The hats the youths are wearing appear to all be your standard DAF Schiffchen, most likely piped in blue. But why no armband?

    Note the HJ pin on the youth in the foreground. No DAF EM/NCO belt-buckles.

    The straps all appear to just have the # "7":

    Some of the personnel on the right of the photo. They appear to be of differing ages, and some are party members, some not, but they all appear to have pretty much the same rank:

    I have never known Postschutz to wear navy uniforms (always grey) and with the Postschutz sleeve eagle.
    Wreath appears to be standard WH, with the standard civil eagle.

    Visors are definitely Wehrmachtschnitt, and appear to have a black velvet band with a colored piping (blue?). Insignia appears silver:
