Such is altogether normal. Why poor collectors are whipped into a frenzy with generalizations about the most minor details of the operations of Nazi Germany remains a total mystery to me, especially because those who make these generalizations have little idea of what cap making in Germany of the era actually entailed.

The cap is a very nice piece and I would surely buy it for the sane price versus the over priced variants on the North American websites.....

... yes I dont understand why are people which are buying/accepting overpriced SS items (especially SS helmets), in many cases its crazy

Maybe, they have no time to wait. IMO collector must be patient, it is a half success

This cap is a really nice one and I would be tempted to buy it. So often these grey caps are beat up or flawed in various ways. This piece is very attractive and while it might have been denazified, it is still a very handsome piece indeed.

Patience is a lost virtue in the 21st century.
