What is your Holy Grail? (Cloth Headgear Only!)

I was just asked this in light of my KM Admiral visor.

Any piece of headgear goes, as long as it is not metal.

Also, no personality visors (ie, "Hitler's Hat").

Have at it, and post a pic of either the actual hat, or a period pic!

Mine would be a white- wool doeskin Reichsleiter hat with bullion insignia, as of the type Ley is wearing here:

That's a hard question as they change a lot. I think I would go for a white-top U-boat captains hat.


Or an early Black SS Officers cap. Like Seidel-Dittmarsch's cap.

I know nothing about caps... but if I were to pick one, it would be one exactly like the one my great grandfather is wearing in my profile picture.

As a man of modest means mine would be an artillery officers field cap, ww1 era with grey peak and chinstrap......any state cockade is fine as long as it is on a black velvet cap band.

Hmmmmm, good question. I don't know really. Visors aren't my thing but I wouldn't mind having a simple police visor. Nothing fancy just in excellent to minty condition.
