Hi Maschinenpistole 40, Unfortunately all the firearms are deactivated. The law requires it in my country. This MP40 is a 1943 BNZ made by Steyr-Daimler-Puch. I bought it a while ago from Battleflag Militaria in the UK. The owner is a great guy to deal with
