According to the online database of the Volksbund Deutsche Kriegsgräberfürsorge [German War Graves Commission], he died in the Kriegs-Lazarett 6/627 [Wartime Field Hospital 6/627] at Kowel in the Ukraine and was buried in Kowel.
    Great information!......

According to the Volksbund database, the body was not or not yet moved to one of its official war graveyards.

It does not say whether the grave as such is still marked and where its exact location is or whether this is even known.

(Very likely, none of the above.)

That is undoubtedly true, but not all soldiers get one. More often than not there is nothing left to bury.
