I think if perhaps you download to a computer, then open and save in paint or similar, then you can make sure the orientation is correct?
no direct from camera canon resized or not! and also a problem with scanned pics! note the label scan pic of the windproof, appears upside down, when clicked on it's correct rotation

perhaps but it is what I have always done to achieve good results. It also means you can crop out things you don't want to show. I saw a picture recently of a helmet for sale with the sellers feet....and one on FB with a mans bits in the background of someone showing their new baby and her partner.
