I have multiple medals and pins picked up by my husband's grandfather during WW2 and I can not seem to identify two of them. One is a circular medal with Friedrich Ludwig Jahn and Dr. Ferdinand Goetz on the front, the back has the turner cross and the words Frischer Muth/ Frommes Blut/ Frohes Leben/ Freies Streben (all located in the corners around the cross. The second item is a pin or "tinnie" with a shield in the center that has the words West Wall 1939 in decending order, behind the shield is a pickaxe and flowers. I have had no luck after searching for weeks. Any information would be appreciated. I've spent the better part of a week trying to track these down with no luck.
