Glenn!
That Police helm and Gorget go together like peas and carrots! Really nice way to display those items!

Josh - I have a plan to mount the chain to a strong wire formed in the shape of a pair of shoulders and somehow suspend the gorget from the midpoint of the helmet stand so it looks like the gorget is being worn by an invisible trooper. It will take some experimentation but if successful the display will be even better!
Nick - I'm trying to be thrifty these days but I'd really like an SA sports badge in gold alongside an SA war wounded badge in order to complete my sports badge collection, but the ones in the market are just too expensive at the minute.
Glenn , thats a very impressive little display mate i just hope you dont start glowing in the dark or growing hair in strange places
I mean the palm of the hands and the soles of the feet, its pretty hard to get a barber to style on those areas
Oh dear...oh dear, oh dear, oh dear...
The wife went out last night to get her hair done so I started with a nice 3 finger vodka/red bull then a good Gentleman Jack to follow then started on the beers...
The score this morning reads as follows:
(1) early JFS close combat clasp in bronze
(2) Spanish Blue Division Volunteer Medal (German issue)
(3) Relic M35 Snow camo helmet
Its a good thing I sold my racebike last week to pay for this stuff!
Nice Glenn! That Blue Div medal looks a 'bobby dazzler !'
It took only one glass of Cava on Sunday night for me to buy an EK1 Screwback L/59
