    Hi chaps,

After going mad decorating for the last six months getting everything ready for the new baby arrival (1st of march!) I've just finished me and the wifes bedroom.

I treated myself to a new display cabinet to get everything that was hidden away in boxes out in the open!

Surpisingly the wife didn't object and is actually impressed with it!

    I hope you like it!!

    Thanks for looking

    Terrific display and cabinet!

Is the cabinet a custom build or store purchase? If a store, which one?

Great collection and display! I'm sure that when my long-term girlfriend and I tie the knot, my collection will be relegated to a man-cave... out of her sight and mind!

Congrats on your victory over women everywhere!

Have you considered using a nice stand for the tilted helmet in the top section of the display? It might raise it up enough to clear the other helmet, and free up some space for additional items to display. Also, may I suggest some sort of backing to the display... it'll help the field gray/ green items stand out against the gray wallpaper.

Finally, are you sure the helmets you have are M35 and M42? To me, the one without a decal seems like an M35 (separate vent piece, rolled edge), while the one with the decal looks like an M40 (stamped vent, rolled edge). I'm having trouble seeing a tell-tale M42 raw edge on either of the lids.

EDIT: I blame this school supplied monitor! I think I see the raw edge on the helmet w decal now.
