Bar # 2:
The second medal is from the Grand Duchy of Baden; it's the Goldene Verdienstmedaille Friedrich II [Golden Merit Medal of Frederick II].

Bar # 3:
The second medal is the Austrian Militärverdienstkreuz III. Klasse mit der Kriegsdekoration [Military Merit Cross III. Class with the War Decoration].
The third one is Austrian as well, it's the Eisernes Verdienstkreuz mit der Krone [Iron Merit Cross with the Crown].
