dan im sure your not slow i apolologise for my crummy camera shots the resolution wasnt the best mate basically with the helmet removed simply open the rank insignia which forms a tapered tube and simply slide down the stand to you hit rock bottom its a bit of a tight fit so holds it self perfectly i do hope ive explained better this time if not give us a shout cheers for looking james
