Nice idea but isn't the tube top heavy?or do you fill it with stones etc,regards minnie.
Nope, i thought that at first as well, but the tube diameter is large enough so the helmet won't wobble. It could be filled with sand if needed. I tried to topple it, but if the helmet is set right, it won't move.
Cool then must try that as a cheap alternative,thanks minnie.

Nice idea, I might use this for some lids. Luckily, German helmets display themselves nicely just sat on the skirt
