    Then I picked up a Iron Cross First Class from another Dealer for 50 dollars


    SOrry for the blurry pic of the cross, I just could not get a good pic of it

    Almost impossible to comment on the EK, is it marked at all ?

    Sadly I can not find any markings at all on it, I'm still new to the German side of collecting so I don't know if no markings is good haha

    no markings are fine for an EK. It would help to see a better picture, when you get the chance.

    What a tick, I found an extremely light marking on it. With out a magnifying glass, I can't read it. Well at least I think it is a marking or my eyes are messing with me.

    Hey JSchmidt,

    I have one of these newspapers as well. I think yours might be the same as mine- a modern reprint. Check the inside pages. The giveaway on mine was a section in the back detailing the Japanese surrender, complete with photos! lol
