Nice find friend. These kind of finds are getting few and far between.

Good eye! That is number 3 depending on how you look at it. Not from Normandy but from another notable place. It is all part of the journey.
The stamp is for the Reichsbahn...it is the source of the daggers....
The cross is a tinnie pretty common one with a shirt on it...no big deal
And that "notable place" would be???????

    Don't leave us hanging here....

My greatest fear is that one day I will die and my wife will sell my guns for what I told her I paid for them

Berchtesgaden? (to be totally honest, Normandy was a joke and this was what I was originally thinking)...

    Ok here is my favorite...
Sugar bowl top (remaining) as the story goes from the Kehlsteinhaus area along with rock, family stated vet said "it was Hitler's". (Yes I know thats what everyone says about anything brought back...but this is definitely different) Daggers from a supply train...buckles from the area as well (Berghof or Kehlsteinhaus). Not sure about other items. That's why I won't break this stuff up. I'm staying in contact with the family in case more photos turn up.

Nice grouping. The tinnie is a non military 'Trier Cross',
with an image of the tunic that Jesus supposedly
wore before his crucifiction. Looks like a nice
    M3 fighting knife there too.........!
    Regards,

    Steve.
