I think it is also interesting they only went up to size 14 - I have a mate who wears a size 15, granted he is 6'6.

Wow. Looks like they were made yesterday!
I bought a pair of these in the 80's to wear. Probably the only one to say this but they were the most uncomfortable pair of boots I've ever owned.
