i took it to the range master yesterday, he tells me its still works well, it was one of the first out, he allso tells me th gas is still in there and never ever go into it, my next is a "trapdoor" rifle, i have been looking at at henry kranks,, heres hopeing,,

i took the bess out yesterday. i have had it let off with just a wad,, lots of smoke, and a fair size bang,, they put a 1.12 g ball in it.. wowwwwww what a bang,, i will not shoot it again,,i just had to know if it worked
by the way it missed

i now have a martini henry MKVI dirty as thump. its been in storage for over 100 years,,

have got a lot of dirt offer this,,100 years of tar,, te bands even had at one time had growth on them.. its clean now.

its taken a few years,,but i dont drink or smoke,, so i save for the cheshire regiment, all my guns ect will be going to them in the end. they use them the most .

haveing a problem with the woodwork on the front there seems to be pins and rings holding it together,been on youtube and its a load of help. however anyone know how to unfreeze the top sight, and allso pins that just will not budge..thanks
