NO probs Grant - I know some of my relics MUST have had a sad history and I do pause to reflect on that sometimes.
I know to an 'outsider' it IS a strange thing that we do - but even antiques once belonged to a person now deceased, just not violently on the field of battle.

    Cheers, Dan

No, no .... I didn't mean you - I meant outside forums like this ...... where the public just don't get it.

I love the skeleton. I might get myself one.

Nice collection, I wish I even had a garage.

    Hi guys,

I have bought a display cabinet and done a bit of a re-arrange of the " storeroom". Soldat 'bones' is still waiting for his kit and grabbed whatever uniform bits were lying about to keep warm ( lost his troosers though!!!! )

This is also my internal wall of helmets ( some of you may see old friends up on my shelf ......thankyou kindly! )

[ Apologies for the odd repro ( SS crusher & winter padded trousers ( ex movie props ) and Sturm jackets ] but they help with the 'atmosphere'

See if you can spot the odd item in this mix ( sort of the 'elephant in the room' )

    Cheers, Dan

    Hi Corey,
Yes it IS a schreck shield but in solid relic condition. Also hanging next to the window is a tail fragment from the rocket and next to the orange fat container is another rocket section relic. There are relic helmets, relic plane parts, relic NOTEK lights, relic mess tins, & assorted relic bibs & bobs ( see a theme here? )

Cheers, Dan ( another relic )
