    AG3 bayo's

The fist 4 are old issue

From left: 1:HMKG (Kings guard), 2: unmarked w/wood scabbard, 3: Blade marked US M3 IMPERIAL, 4: Blade marked US M3 CASE w/ US M8A1 Kongsberg produced scabbard. 5: Todays issue
where did you find #2 through 4, I have not seen many of those at all, I have 9 m4's, all but 3 are leather handle, then I have a rubber handle- Korean era, a plastic handle, Korea through Nam era, last but not least I have a bakelight handled one, it is made to look like the leather handle, but it is dutch made & has the same scabbard as your #2 has, see if yours is actualy painted to look wood, mine is & without digging it out, either the bayo, or the scabbard has a mark on it to look like a crown. you have a very nice collection, thanks for showing them.

    regards Marty
