I started a project to build a showpiece for one of my uniforms.
The challenge was greater than first thought, as this was all I had to work with .........
Attachment 397390
Is that from Snyder's 'Eva Braun' collection?
Nice stuff by the way.

Now finally jacket, belt and pants are in place.
Remaining challenges with boots. Tempting to drill holes through the soles and put the poles through the boots
. It will not be visible where they stand ......... and I'm not going to use them either.
Sacrilege?????
Headgear should probably also be installed soon.
Regards
JT
It's a pity to destroy them by drilling the boots.
I attach a long pole on the base of the mannequin which extends up to it's back and under the tunic. This way the pole holds the weight of the mannequin.

The uniform I was going to use was used by a small guy, so male dolls did not fit (neck and chest). Thought I'd do a breast removal surgery, but used instead bubble wrap to hide the attributes
I always have these problems. Tunics are usually small and female torsos are the only choice.
I cut the breast like you had in mind. Can you post a photo of the torso wrapped in bubble nylon, in order to see how it looks? It sounds like a clever idea.
