    I'am wondered why a couple of them is restored with epoxy? They will loook great in unrestored condition

    indeed !! I do restaure them.A big controversial topic!!

    But the difference is that I am a trained to restaure.All restaurations are mentioned and are done in the spirit of the Venice chart , that means that any restauration can be un-done ( by a profesional !!)at any time without causing any damage and bring the item back in the original condition , as it was at the momment it was been found.

    I've tried to download some pictures, but there seem to be a problem ...
    I'll come back later with some pictures.

    the story on the rusty one's off the first picture is that they where found on an former POW ground near Hamburg.I got them in one lot, among them there where some LW buckles as well.
