Thought I would post this so that Glenn didn't feel alone in this area of collecting. lol... My 4 SS items:

    Relic unmarked Overhoff buckle,

SD SS M40 from Karelia (Not exactly mine yet, on the way...),

    Late-war variant SS collar tab,

Death card of an SS-Sturmmann of the 6. SS "Nord" who was killed in Karelia.

I remember the prices of everything. The collar tab was $200, the card was $10, the helmet was $250, and the buckle was $75. So it cost me about $550 for everything.

There are deals to be had! All you have to do is look!

Do SS cards go for more? I bought it from a local dealer who had 15 of them for the same price. I bought his best 5. I got his only SS and his only Kriegsmarine, as well as a tanker, a man who passed in a field hospital, and an EK holder.

I can't wait to get the helmet! I will post pictures of it on my shelf when I receive it.
