    Hi Blanksy
The sten gun was a pure accident as i was doing a local pickup for some canadian name equipment i won on ebay the seller showed me the Sten gun and i could not pass on the deal , but i don't think would have gone that direction with my collection . But now i have one i do not want to stop there ,lolo typical collector desease i would love to have a lee enfield one day
Yes it is deac as i have no interest to fire guns i prefer that alternative .

Every time i see a so called small collection by one of the members i am having a little smile cause i know that there is smaller collection than what they have and i have one of them .But like they say Rome has not been built in 3 days ............ So here is some item of my small collection that i am proud of.
    1: British/Canadian collection
A British map case dated 1941
British bottle with Canadian webbing dated 1944
My late father soldier book and paper discharge ect
    Some stamps from 1944
Not in the pic but Still waiting for a small bag Canadian dated 1943 (one where they put their personal item ect)
I started with a couple of 20mm Hispano cases which my mothers old uncle gave me at the age of 11 now im 46 and have had many hundreds of items over the years but space has finally meant a serious scaling down operation. Your small collection will soon become an empire-so make sure you have plenty of room and an understanding girlfriend/wife as these are mandatory requirements when being bitten by the militaria bug! My advice is collect what pleases you and enjoy owning and researching your items and never be afraid to ask advice on anything your not sure about. Regards, Tim.
