    Default My extra small collection

    Every time i see a so called small collection by one of the members i am having a little smile cause i know that there is smaller collection than what they have and i have one of them .But like they say Rome has not been built in 3 days ............ So here is some item of my small collection that i am proud of.
    1: British/Canadian collection
    A British map case dated 1941
    British bottle with Canadian webbing dated 1944
    My late father soldier book and paper discharge ect
    Some stamps from 1944
    Not in the pic but Still waiting for a small bag Canadian dated 1943 (one where they put their personal item ect)

    here is German items
    The binocular are a gift from my uncle who had them from a german pow he was a guard in one of the camp in Quebec .They are in bad shape missing one rubber cover
    I think it's a medic canteen with original strap i am still searching a original wool cover for it,dated 1939. it was given to me in the 80 by the people i visited in Ravno France .

    I just started a US collection
    Canteen and mess tin both dated 1943 and given to me by the same people i visited in Ravno France in the 80 and a little sewing kit
    Just received my US grouping i won named that i can't wait to start researching .
    and another little item that belong to Japan civil defense
    Now the addiction is on and i so don't want a remedy .

    Thank you guys ! it takes time but i am trying to learn as much as i can reading visiting this forum everyday (addiction) i will make some mistake (who haven't) as long as i am having fun learning and trying to preserve some history item that is all about that for me .

    Nice collection I dont think it,s the smallest iv seen, but you have some very good pieces there My Fav, is your 35 Patt,.
    I love helmets, you say about addictions i think as collectors we are all mad but being together we dont notice it. Ones you start you cant stop, happy collecting mate.
