Hi Glen considering your age you have amassed a vast collection of militaire .You should be proud that you put your earnings towards a facinating and interesting subject and not wasting your cash.Stick with it because in time it will be an excellent investment.

Hey guys, quick update... I brought a Luftwaffe summer tunic. Also, i finished collage a bit early today and i notice a gold shop and in the window there were some british star medals =P So i thought i would pop in... anyway i asked the bloke about his medals and he brought out a small box from under the counter and showed me a set of five star medals with pacific bar and documentation for 40 anyway he said they were on hold although i tried to offer him 40 cash for them but he said if they are still there in a weeks time i can have them. He also said he had some coins for sale which i sorted through and i found a couple of Third Reich coins which he said i can have for free Anyway he said he often gets third reich stuff and will keep them on hold for me, although he doesn't really know the prices im sure he wouldn't know much about originality either
    Thanks, Glen.
ALSO I SHOULD BE BUYING MY LUFTWAFFE MESS DRESS NEXT WEEK WHICH I CAN'T WAIT TO GET !!!

Can any of you guys give me any more info about this medal, i picked it up at the carboot a couple of weeks ago for 2.50
    Glenn
This is a medal to commemorate the Royal visit to S. Africa in 1925. Each province visited had a medal made, this one being for the Natal province.

Hey guys i have finally brought this Luftwaffe Mess Dress and at a good price, it came today and i love it, i just now need to buy a tailors dummy for it, the original owner of this jacket (Carl Schmitts) had four awards on this jacket so i decided to add a wound badge to it for added effect
    Thanks, Glen.

Hey Pat, sadly the visor is a reproduction i brought it at a military fair a while back, a bargain at 20 it is made by Erol who originally made the Third Reich caps under the name Erel.
Here are some additional pics for you,
    Thanks, Glen.
