cool, thanks. I look at the older ones with the hoses to attach to the filters and I keep thinking of the Heavy Metal movie for some reason, the aliens that land on the us capitol lol

I think the Irish Defence Force startered using the FM12 not long after it went into production, so it would fit with both the 85 Pattern and 303 Helmets.... before the FM12 I'm not too sure what they were using, but part of me thinks it was the German Draeger Karetta or M65 type Mask. I'll keep an eye out for an FM12 for you, they're getting quite common on the UK ebay
Thanks
Danny
I like the display very much and your collection impresses me! The M1 "chocolate chip" cover is very interesting, I have not seen many of those And is that a MTP cover on the british Mk.6? I though they have a very strict policy of about the MTP stuff getting into civilian hands. I have only seen the shirt and pants for sale, so the helmet cover must be really rare!
hi poromies the cover on mk 6 is known as 2 colour desert dpm rust and sand and is quite common well in the uk anyway they are easily obtained off ebay uk and thanks for the nice comments james
