My Knife Collection
I have been collecting knives of various types and configurations since about the mid to late 70's, quite a while before I started really collecting Militaria.
Some of my knives are military oriented but, were part of my knife collection first, so that is where they stay for now.
I have not photographed many of them but will do so to post them here.
Since AZPhil said he would appreciate seeing some cold steel, that is where I will start.
Ralph.
The first photo contains a Trailmaster Bowie in Carbon V, a Mini Outdoorsman, and a Spike.
I made a second sheath for the Mini Outdoorsman because I wore it for a while and did not want to damage the factory sheath.
Next, my collection of Cold Steel Tantos.
The top two are Magnum Tantos,(one is San Mai), the next two are Magnum Tanto II,( one is San Mai), and the bottom one is a Mini Tanto.
I made an extra piggy back sheath for a Magnum Tanto II and the Mini Tanto as I wore them while in the bush fly fishing and camping.
I will post more in the future.

Thanks Ralph.
I'm looking forward to seeing the rest of your collection.
My grandfather gave me my first pocket knife when I was 7 years old.
He told me that "a well dressed man never leaves the house without his knife"

I have a Cold-Steel Tanto myself an older one with brass hardware.
My late-Grandmother bought it for me many many years ago.
So I'll have it forever. Thanks for showing

I have a Cold-Steel Tanto myself an older one with brass hardware.
Not necessarily older Chris, just a different model.
My friend bought the "Recon Tanto", it had a flatter guard and was all black.

Here is my current collection of KA-BAR/Camillus, USMC fighting knives.
The top two are war time KA-BARS, the next two are post war, parkerized blades, then a powder coated KA-BAR, then a Camillus, to the right a Camillus and a current half size, powder coated KA-BAR.
