Evening guys ,iv'e been pretty ruthless to the way iv'e been displaying my headgear collection of late ,things have snowballed out of control as my collection grew with extra shelves having to be fitted here there and everywhere but i realised that my original plan for a museum style display was completely lost and so iv'e now put things right by thinning down as much as i can ,i also realised after some tight measurements i could triple tier my main display to fit nearly everything in as a result nearly everything can be put back behind plexi glass for protection , iv'e put most of my favourite post war west and east german caps in there own case ,the only items out of display cases are my soviet /soviet block tanker helmets and my work in progress german BGS display i guess less is more when displaying ,my next project that will please todd(helmetone) will be to sort out some nice case lighting to really bring them to life after dark ,hope you like the changes ive made ,enjoy james

Simply a fantastic display, James! The shelving has always impressed me, and the idea of lighting is genius!

naa ,, just nail their attic door shut ,, james,s colection must come first ,, and if they hear noise in the attic ,tell them they have BATS and they are not allowed to desturb them ,,LOL
