The Austro-Hungarian bayonet M 1888, probably intended for export to South America?.
Manufacturer of these bayonets is unknown, scabbard is manufactured by Vogel & Noot of Wartberg. (These company still exists today.)
Bayonet frog is Bulgarin, originally intended for the Austrian 1895 bayonet, converted by removing rivets for 1888 Austrian bayonets.

The Austro-Hungarian bayonet M1895 produced by Steyr. It is used by several other countries, even after WW2.
There are unfamiliar stamp to me - S with the label - WW2 Slovakia?
Bayonet frog is Bulgarian for M1895 bayonet.
