If you're talking about the empty casing, it's 30mm that was fired from an A-10 Warthog. The one to the left of it is a .50 cal Canadian sniper load, and the one next to it is a 7.62x39 round that I picked up in Afghanistan. The LARGE artillery casing is from a German 210mm howitzer and it's dated Jan. 1918.

I recognised most of your ctgs, thanks anyway, i'm refering to the big ctg with the cylindroconical flat tip slug, right next to the red, black and white ribboned medal.

Ahh gotcha, that's a British (I believe) 20mm projectile. Can't remember the Mk number that's stamped on it, I'll look when I get home and let you know.
