    NEW!!

This is one of the five new German uniforms I just purchased
What are your thoughts on this tunic?
Please comment (all comments and questions are welcome)

Luftwaffe Flight/Paratrooper Hauptmann´s white Summer Tunic.

Nice quality, private purchase light weight, white ribbed cotton construction tunic. It has lay-down
collar and four silver coloured buttons front and four pleated pockets with scalloped pocketflaps.
All buttons are removable. On left breast pocket there is loops for one medal
and above pocket loops for a long ribbon or medalbar.

It has guilt aluminium top slip in (T-type) shoulderboards with golden yellow wool underlay for flight/paratrooper,
here with two guilt pips on each board denoting rank of Hauptmann. At collar the tunic has Hauptmanns collartabs
with three gulls each, they are attached with press buttons.
Above the right breastpocket a metal breasteagle makermarked with "A" for Assmann.

Tunic is in very good condition with no holes, rips, tears or mothing.
It does have some slight staining though and some smaller wear around the metal eagle.
All in all it must rate in Very Good condition.

Very Nice Luftwaffe Summer tunic in my opinion

    Best regards from Norway

Heer - Festungspioneer Oberfeldwebel Service Tunic

Little worn M36 Service Tunic with five button front. Tunic is made of fine
summerweight ribbed fieldgrey cloth with smooth darkgreen cloth on collar.
Two pleated breast pockets and two hidden slash pockets below. Fold-up cuffs.
Machinesewn to collar are bright aluminum handembroidered litzen on black wool tabs
of the Officers type. Bright aluminum NCO´s Tresse along upper edge of collar.

Tunic has sewn-in dark green wool top shoulder boards piped in black wool. Boards has the
same bright aluminum NCO´s tress sewn around closed at base, each board with two silvered
pips each as well as a "Fp" cypher thus representing the rank of an Festungspioneer Oberfeldwebel and
Officer Candidate. This soldier is also well trained as he have a wonderful bullion embroidered
Assault boot pilots sleeve badge on the left arm. On the right lower arm there is also a trade
badge for master fortress maintenance personnel.

Nice high quality bullion breast eagle, hand sewn above right breast pocket. On left breast pocket
are loops for one award and above pocket are loops for a small ribbon bar.
On right side there is a very nice condition shooting cord with one acorn.

Fully lined in green ribbed rayon cloth with yellow rayon cloth in sleeves.
Has slot sewn for dagger or sword hanger as well as a set of extra internal belts.
Not maker marked or named inside.

Tunic shows little wear and is in a fantastic condition, it has some slight stainings at the area
where the parade belt was worn as well where a small extra internal hook for perfect closure is attached.
Except that, there is no stainings, no rips or tears, no holes or moth,
just an amazingly nice tunic for a very well educated Pioneer Officers candidate.
