Because it was found in a rough condition. Like my egg from Narva. When i cleaned it i got a big hole and if i squeezed it a bit, it was braking.
Ok, post some pics when possible.

Hi mate, contact member Kradspam. He knows the code numbers of RAL. I was looking for a long time to find a paint for a helmet but i couldn't find online someone to ship out of his country.
I contacted a few sellers in UK and Germany with no success. I finally found a seller in ebay who sells small bottles of paint and the result was fantastic. I don't think it's a RAL paint but it's also nice.
If you want i can give you his ebay user name.

Here is my repainted M52 helmet with LW grey color. I will also apply 2 decals (if i manage to do that.)

Great job. That must have been a tough job to clean and paint. It just looks so fragile.

    Hey,

This year's my last project.I think it's 10.5 cm leFH 18 (German: leichte FeldHaubitze "light field howitzer") tube.Found in Narva defence line.My freind told me it's pretty rare thing and very well preserve. Is it true?
Now is going to elctrolys for few hour. It's pretty rusti.

If anyone thinks that I am wrong then please correct!

    Thank you!
