few posts over long period of time...

    New Zealand

    - The Navy Distinguished Service Cross - (95 DSCs for RNZN during WW2 + 6 from Korea)
    - The 1939-1945 Star
    - The Burma Star with the silver rosette (six months service for naval personnel?)
    - The Defence Medal
    - The War Medal
    - New Zealand Service Medal
    - Queens Korea Medal
    - United Nations Korea Medal

Not sure about this, but the rosette could mean another campaign star
    - I'm thinking the 'Pacific Star'. Sometimes they issued a metal bar to
be worn on full size star medals to indicate a different award.
Is this possible ? Just a thought..........

A very nice tour of your ribbon collection !
I love the WWI era bars.

    Regards, Steve.
