    Hi all,

Had been done lots of corrections and changes last months. I hope it is beneficial in the future but at the moment I still missing the bars what I let go and also I feel bad about the mess what I caused to other fellow collectors.
Same time I am still happy that I am able to continue this fascinating hobby. I hope my son will be found it interesting as well some moment.

Hugh thank you to others who had been helped me to ID some ribbons/bars and so generously shared they knowledge!

    I start now with:

    Imperial Russia

This one is my only Imperial Russia ribbon bar. I quess it's "hard to find" bar anyway, so I am very happy to have it.
Probably owner service start during Russo-Japanese war up to 20s. Because Imperial Russian army didn't use officially ribbon bars at all, this piece must be from Russian civil war period. Smells like "white russian"

    1. St.George ribbon ( Bravery medal or St.George cross)
    2. St.Alseksandre ribbon
    3. St. George/St.Andrew ribbon - Russo-Japanese war medal
    4. St.Vladimir ribbon
    5. Order of White Eagle ribbon

    Soviet Union

Here is my Soviet Union ribbon bars. Sorry, 6 row bar is upside down.
Most of them are named and with full of interesting history.

    First bar on the left:

    Sergeant Robert Pohlasalu

Served in 8th Estonian Rifle Corps as a scaut. Fought in Leningrad front. After WW2 worked in police ([милиция) in the city of Haapsalu as a distric comisar. Missing Order of the Glory 3rd class on the set. Nice classical Soviet ribbon bar.

    Bar on the right:

6 row bar owner served in Baltic Fleet. Bar is made 70s.

    3 place bar:

    Major Kalju Mägi

He had much more awards but ribbon bars consist only three of them.
He joined to Soviet police 1940. During WW2 served in far east Siberia. After the war served as a RSO city of Haapsau police commander second assistant.
Medal " For Military Service" got for "war against bandits".

    Upper 4 place ribbon bar:

    Marine Mihail Panov

During WW2 served Baltic Fleet (Дважды Краснознамённый Балтийский флот) and North Sea Fleet. Got Red Star for defending Leningrad. Medal of Usakov for some Soviet small operation near Norway coast 1945!

My one of the favorite Soviet bar is lowest. I quess it is from WW2 period bar.

    Imperial Japan

One of my favorite type of bars. Especially (I don't know why) I love they pin system - so simple and elegant
Single ribbon shows very well how they were attached to the main bar with the small pins.
